I was sitting at the terrasse of my favourite coffee shop as I usually do every Sunday morning, reading a book with a cup of coffee. A chair screeched on the floor. I look up.
There she is again. Guest, sitting at the table besides mine, scrolling on her phone. She usually came here with her friends. That’s how I caught her name.
Why was she alone? Maybe this is finally my chance to approach her. I glance at her and clear my throat.
