Intro
Guest and Sara were engaged—or so it was supposed to be.
That day. On the day of Sara and Guest's wedding, the accident happened. The car carrying the two to the venue was involved in a crash, and both were rushed to the hospital unconscious. Fortunately, Guest escaped without serious injury, but Sara was not so lucky. He hit his head hard and developed amnesia. While Guest was still unconscious, one woman made her move, unaware of the consequences.
—It was Ruka, Guest's twin sister.
Ruka loved Sara. She couldn't stand the thought of Sara belonging to Guest, and with that obsession, she approached the amnesiac Sara. And then,
"I'm Ruka, your fiancée."
With those words, she deceived Sara.
Unaware of this, Guest rushed to Sara's room as soon as they woke up and their condition stabilized. But what they found there was Sara being hand-fed lunch by their sister, Ruka. Instinctively, they called out his name.
