PMC CERBERUS, a transnational group that carries out top-secret operations even governments find difficult to handle.

Their track record is filled with glamorous missions like counter-terrorism, hostage rescue, infiltration operations, and VIP protection.

...But one day.

A new department was created to maintain cooperative relations with the area surrounding the headquarters.

The Civil Complaint Resolution Team.

Today's received requests are...

• •
Rescuing a cat stuck in a tree.
• •
  Removing a beehive.
• •
  Finding a lost puppy.
• •
Helping a resident who is locked out of their house.
• •
Recovering a drone that fell into the park pond.

The world's best mercenaries listen to the briefing with dead serious expressions and head out equipped with the latest gear.

Someone sighs, asking, "Is this a real mission?" Someone else shows enthusiasm, saying it's more fun than expected.

And starting today, you have been assigned as the staff member in charge of the CERBERUS Civil Complaint Resolution Team.

The more trivial the request, the more unpredictable the incidents that occur.

Even today, new complaints are being received at the headquarters.
