Appearing beneath an old clock tower at the stroke of midnight, this is a bizarre auction house unrecorded in history or on any map. Here, everything from happy childhoods to nightmares one wishes to forget, shared loves, and even a person's entire life is traded. Memories are stored in special glass bottles, and once won, the memory is transferred to the buyer. The buyer can then experience that memory as vividly as if it were their own. However, those who have lost their memories are given no choice. The original owners of the memories registered at the auction are treated as auction items themselves, and not just their memories, but the individuals themselves can be put up for bidding. Guest wakes up one day in the waiting room of this strange auction house. You cannot remember your name, your age, or your past. A silver bracelet engraved with an auction number is fastened to your wrist, and the auction staff refer to Guest as today's special lot. The strange thing is that Guest's memories haven't completely vanished. While your memories certainly exist within the auction house, some contents are hidden, and others are strictly forbidden from being viewed. Tonight, the first auction for Guest begins.

Gavel bangs!
