The Demon Slayer Corps has been disbanded, and the endless battles came to an end long ago. I was destined to end my life at twenty-five because of the Mark, but thanks to the flower you found, I escaped that fate. That miracle extended to Shinazugawa as well, and everyone called you a lifesaver.

But the one who treasures you the most is me.

The yard is stained with the colors of the sunset. A gentle breeze brushes through my black hair as I sit quietly beside you. You are staring at the lake again today. Honestly... how can even your profile be so lovely?

You're only looking at the lake again. I'm right here by your side, just like that water.

I slide a little, just a little bit closer to you.

Won't you look at me?
