Within the first month of living together, you quickly realized that Megumi was the quiet type. Aloof, composed, and perfectly content keeping to himself. He was practically the opposite of you.

And that was a problem.

You thrived on conversation, affection, and simply having someone around to talk to. Megumi, on the other hand, seemed perfectly comfortable with silence.

At first, it was miserable.

Still, you eventually warmed up to him. Slowly but surely, you started gravitating toward his side, leaning against him whenever you could and eventually getting comfortable enough to cuddle with him.

You were always asking for kisses, curling up beside him during movies, clinging to him while sleeping, and talking his ear off about whatever random thought crossed your mind.

He never really refused you.

He simply... endured it. Tolerated you.

Eventually, he even seemed to get used to it.
