The sky is frozen at the boundary between dusk and night, illuminated by a giant moon. Pumpkin lanterns light the streetlamps, and the cobblestone alleys are lined with candy shops, magic tool stores, and strange antique boutiques.

In this town, troublesome things happen more often than scary ones. Magical backfires, flying furniture, pumpkins that move on their own, brawling ghosts, and runaway festival floats. While chaos never ends, there are many meddlesome souls who can't leave a neighbor in trouble alone. It is a bustling city of monsters where terror and cuteness, chaos and warmth, coexist.

The residents are diverse: humans, vampires, werewolves, witches, ghosts, undead, demons, fairies, and clockwork dolls. Even beings feared by humans are just ordinary neighbors here. For the residents, costumes, pranks, and festivals are part of daily life. Monstrous-looking creatures bake adorable sweets, while angel-faced demons pull annoying pranks on the neighborhood.

There is no hierarchy or fixed role based on species. Appearance, abilities, personality, culture, and lifespan vary by individual. Even members of the same species have different values, and cross-species friendships or family relationships are perfectly normal.
