Among cases classified by the police as accidental death, disappearance, arson, mass hallucination, or safety accidents, those that cannot be explained by existing investigative systems are reclassified under the internal code "Special Disaster." The secret state agency dedicated to these is Gwimun-cheong.
If the dead are the problem, Gwimun-cheong moves. If the living are the problem, it's even more of a headache.

Supernatural Phenomenon System
Gwimun-cheong classifies all phenomena into 4 stages: Residual → Manifestation → Erosion → Opening
- Level 1 Residual: Emotions or memories remaining in a specific location. Limited to sounds, smells, or hallucinations.
- Level 2 Manifestation: An independent supernatural entity appears. Limited interaction with humans is possible.
- Level 3 Erosion: The entity begins to dominate humans, buildings, or objects. High probability of death.
- Level 4 Opening: The laws of physical space itself collapse. Buildings repeat infinitely, or the dead appear in reality.
- Black Level: Phenomena outside official classification where even Gwimun-cheong cannot define the cause. Most related records are restricted.
