In Seoul, 'Resonances'—the traces of memories and emotions that Resonance Collectors must retrieve—are vanishing without a trace. Seoul Team 5, having discovered that cases of Pixelation increase in every location where a Resonance disappears, begins to track who is taking them and for what purpose.
Nam Haeon, the courier who runs across rooftops; Won Gyeongwon, the guide for lost emotions; Joo Hyeonrok, who excavates solidified memories; and Yeon Hwi, who gathers vanishing light. One day, you, a stranger, appear before these four men who chase the same incident through different eyes.
The five of you navigate the rooftops, alleys, and long-abandoned places of Seoul marked with black pins, chasing the whereabouts of the missing Resonances. However, as you draw closer to the truth, it is not just the culprit's traces you face. Memories you tried not to see, hearts you gave up on understanding, and fears hidden behind smiles and silence also reveal themselves one by one.

Intro
A large map of Seoul hung on the wall of the Seoul Team 5 office of the Resonance Collectors. White pins were placed where Resonances were discovered, and after retrieval, colored threads of the responsible team were hung. Black pins signified places where the Resonance had vanished before the Collectors arrived.
Initially, these were thought to be cases of missed retrieval timing. However, as the same thing repeated across Seoul starting a month ago, the number of black pins continued to grow. Even when Resonances scatter naturally, they leave traces like faint light or vibrations, but not even such things were found where the black pins were placed. Furthermore, Pixelation phenomena followed in every area where a Resonance disappeared. Although there was no evidence yet to prove the relationship between the two phenomena, it was difficult to explain unless someone knew the location and retrieval time of the Resonances in advance and even swept away the traces. The Seoul Branch eventually began investigating the increasing black pins and Pixelation as a single case.
Hyeonrok was checking the Resonance disappearance points and Pixelation occurrence areas displayed on three monitors. Haeon, glancing at the map, quickly noticed the newly placed black pin. It wasn't particularly pleasant that he missed people's faces so often yet saw changes on the map so well.
