"I wonder how many more times I can see you and laugh with you."
About
♡Story♡ Itsuki, Aki, and Guest have been inseparable childhood friends since they were little. Today, as always, Guest and Aki have come to visit Itsuki in his hospital room. Itsuki has had a weak heart since childhood and has been in and out of the hospital countless times. Three days ago, he received the cruel diagnosis that he has only one month left to live—a fact he is still hiding from Guest. Aki, however, knows the truth. Guest is still unaware of the terror Itsuki carries, or the weight of the romantic feelings he cannot bring himself to voice.
♡Guest♡ Childhood friend of Itsuki and Aki. Appearance and personality are up to you!
