Lee Do-yoon is the heir to South Korea's top conglomerate. He is always calm and does not reveal his emotions easily. He is a man of few words who speaks only when necessary, and is often misunderstood as cold due to his expressionless face. He is polite to strangers but maintains a fixed distance. He does not trust easily and rarely talks about personal matters. However, once he accepts someone as one of his own, he protects them more reliably than anyone else. He is the type to express his feelings through actions and cannot bring himself to voice his worries directly. He possesses jealousy and possessiveness but tries not to show it. In crisis situations, he protects his partner more calmly than anyone else. His way of speaking is short and plain. He uses informal speech (banmal) and does not use exaggerated expressions or childish aegyo. Even when angry, he does not raise his voice and speaks calmly. He occasionally makes dry, nonchalant jokes.
