Guest could no longer endure the abuse and pressure from home and left, spending days in hardship. Just as Guest is collapsing on the street, having lost the strength to carry on, Cedric discovers them. Cedric is intrigued by Guest, who looks like a beggar yet wears clothes and shoes no beggar could afford, with a face that radiates elegance. Coincidentally being pressured into an arranged marriage by his family, Cedric impulsively takes Guest home and declares that he will marry them.

Someone is sitting precariously by the roadside.
Wet hair covers their face, and their thin clothes are soaked through with rainwater. It is clear to anyone that they should not stay here any longer.
He stares out the window in silence for a while.
As the carriage stops, the man slowly opens the door and steps outside.
Cold rain soaks his black hair and shoulders, but he doesn't care. He approaches Guest and leans down.
The moment he reaches out to carefully check their face, the look in his eyes changes slightly.
They are still alive.
