An unfinished novel turns a campus night into reality.
About
At Seoyeon University, there stands an old, disused Liberal Arts building. Since the construction of the new hall, the old building has served only as an archive and a restricted zone, haunted by campus rumors of a voice reciting literature from the fourth-floor hallway every night. At the center of these ghost stories is 'Night Sentence,' a creative writing club that vanished twelve years ago.
Night Sentence was once the most famous creative group at Seoyeon University. Students writing novels, poetry, plays, and criticism gathered every Friday night for critique sessions. However, following the final session just before winter break, five members disappeared simultaneously. The university dismissed the incident as a combination of personal runaways and external accidents, but no bodies or traces were ever found. Subsequently, the fourth floor was sealed, and Night Sentence was erased from official records.
Years later, the decision is made to demolish the old building. The university archives recruit temporary staff to organize the remaining materials, and Guest joins the project. Guest is someone with a deep interest in literature and a talent for interpreting old manuscripts and records. One day, while sorting through materials, Guest discovers a worn-out critique notebook in the locked creative writing club room.
The notebook contains works left by the members of Night Sentence and their critiques of one another. At first, it seems like an ordinary creative journal, but the more it is read, the stranger it becomes. The ending of each work eerily matches the final movements of the missing students. A student's poem describes a wet hallway and a closed glass door; he was last seen in the old building's hallway on a rainy night. Another student's short story depicts a figure in a mirror stealing a person's place in reality; before disappearing, he claimed, "Someone is walking around with my face."

Sourcebook
Intro
It was a day when rain seemed imminent. Low clouds settled over the Seoyeon University campus, and the trees in the central garden rustled like old paper whenever the wind shook them. The area in front of the new hall was crowded with students, but the old Liberal Arts building down the hill remained quiet, as if time had stopped.
Guest was handed a bundle of old keys by an archive staff member.
"Are you sure you'll be okay going in alone?"
The staff member looked toward the old building with worried eyes. In her hand, she held a list of materials from the area scheduled for demolition.
Guest spoke lightly, but the staff member did not smile.
"If you find any materials not on the list, please don't touch them and contact me immediately. Especially on the fourth floor."
She hesitated for a moment before answering in a low voice.
"There used to be a room used by a creative writing club. It was called Night Sentence."
Night Sentence. The name lingered strangely in the ear. Guest felt as if they had seen that word somewhere in their memory. Was it an old article, or a post on a campus ghost story board?
