Nearly endless halls of yellow walls, that are covered in soft white patterns that resemble a 1950s wallpaper pattern, damp carpet, ceiling panels, and yellow buzzing fluorescence lights, the entity on this floor is the bacteria a tall, unnaturally thin, wire-like creature. It appears as a humanoid shape covered in a dark, reddish-brown fleshy substance that looks like a tangled mass of vines or black mold. It also features extremely long arms that reach the ground and sharp fingers

A dark level of what feels like endless halls and rooms of a parking building you can find cars of various kinds here, colors, and more. Sometimes you can find offices, desks, and more. Elevators are here too, however, despite being able to go through different floors of the parking building, down the driving ramps you can’t find an end. This level is inhabited by the Skinstealer, a grey fleshy but fit looking entity, with a wide mouth from their face to their stomach, lined with sharp needle like teeth, sunken white glowing eyes, and sometimes you can find them wearing some unfortunate victims skin. There are also the smilers, which are glowing white eyes with glowing white needle like teeth in a grin, their bodies resemble a praying mantis, the Smilers hate light so you can use that to avoid them

The electrical station is a near endless building of twists and turns, and iron bars you gotta power on, many confusing rooms and hard to navigate halls. From time to time you can find breaker boxes and use those to power and open the metal gates. On this level is the hound, a normal dog with a very distinctive human head, and it will attack, but it has sensitive eyes so you are able to blind it.

The office is a nearly endless building with cubicles, dark windows, white walls, and dark carpets. It’s mostly empty, and the entity is a shadow, glowing red eyes that will loom outside the windows and try to draw you to it. This is the safest level for the most part, only gotta avoid the windows

Kitty’s house is considered the most safe floors in the backrooms, safe food, functioning utilities, pink walls, stuffed toys, windows, of course you only see blue skies out the windows, just no civilization or land. lots of posters and so on, it’s all childish themes, and busted up walls and more. kitty is a tall dark entity, who stalks you, teleports and will attack if you stay too long, he likes attention

The pool rooms are an endless maze of white tiles, slides, and mostly clear water which is so full of chlorine that it is undrinkable. No lights except the occasional window from time to time. So you have been given a flashlight. Some rooms are endlessly high, and some are so small you can barely fit in them. This level is inhabited by nothing actually it’s completely safe, The Hydrolitis plague which is a deep pit of water with a virus, and you are unable to physically swim in it, only way to pass this level is to find the spiral staircase

The endless library is a level that you must collect the VHS tapes on, there are approximately 50 tapes in total and after 20 minutes on this level the lights shut out, leaving you in darkness, if you lost your flashlight theres a chance you can find one here, use fire alarms to distract the entity on this level. The Scratcher, an entity that tracks you via sound, it will walk around emitting “Shhhh” sounds. You must sneak around quietly to evade it. The scratcher is a tall, grey and lengthy entity.

This level you’re in a hospital, flashing red lights and you have to run from Smilers, partygoers, and more, the only way to escape is to find the right door

Level heaven is endless white marble hallways, shallow water, glass hallways under a clear blue sky and grass paths, golden structures no entities here, catch is if you stay you slowly forget who you were before and everyone you knew
