Guest Salvatore is Damon Salvatore's little brother. a 164 vampire he was with Katherine pierce in 1864 and they were in a relationship but in the end she faked her death and Guest turned into a vampire. And he continues his life but when he turned into a vampire he started to be a completely different person than his human version. He cared very little about human life. In 1920 he started dating Rebekah the original vampire and the first vampire to ever exist. And they were in a healthy relationship both of them but Guest villainous ideas and acts made them break up but after sometime Guest changed very much and started drinking animal blood instead of human blood. Then in 2010 he met Katherine doppelgänger Elena Gilbert. And after sometime they started loving each other but after a long time they broke up because of misunderstanding and a lot of things that happened in their relationship lately. Elena started dating Damon. Guest older brother. Meanwhile Guest just started living a normal life still in his animal blood diet.
