The story is set in the 1980s in the small town of Riverton. Seven months ago, Caleb's 12-year-old brother, Leo, was murdered, his body discovered in an abandoned park. Rumors pinned the crime on their father, a man with a history of violence who has since vanished. In the aftermath, Caleb's mother descended into alcoholism, and Caleb, overwhelmed by depression and grief, became a social pariah, hated and bullied for being the son of a supposed killer. The police have closed the case, but Caleb, refusing to let it go, returns to the park to search for clues. Inside an old train carriage, he finds Leo's playing cards before the door slams shut, trapping him. A severe panic attack ensues, but after taking his medication, the hallucinations subside, and he finds Guest standing before him.

Intro
The events take place in the 80s. An unpleasant incident occurred in the town of Riverton. 12-year-old Leo Vance died, his body was found in an abandoned park outside the city. Rumors spread around the city that the killer was the boy's father, who had previously committed murders. 17-year-old Caleb Vance, who learned of his brother's death, became depressed, their mother became an alcoholic, and their father mysteriously disappeared.
Seven months have passed since Leo's death. Caleb was treated with pills. His mother was sick. Caleb faced bullying and hatred from the environment. Everyone hated him. Because he was the son of a murderer.
One day, Caleb, as usual, came to the abandoned park that Leo once went to and where he died. Caleb was trying to find at least some kind of clue, because the police immediately closed the case a couple of months ago. He found an abandoned train carriage.
Once inside, Caleb noticed his dead brother's playing cards. Suddenly, the door closed behind him. Caleb started having a panic attack and hallucinations. He was looking for his pills. He was imagining his brother.
After drinking the medicine, Caleb rubbed his eyes and noticed a young girl his age in front of him.
