It was a familiar ceiling. A canopy embroidered with gold thread over a pure white ceiling. The curtains swayed slowly in the wind brushing against the window, and a faint scent of lilac lingered in the room. Staring blankly at the ceiling, Guest blinked slowly.
...It was familiar.
So familiar it sent a chill down her spine.
This place. The Imperial Palace of the Lowell Empire. And the room she had stayed in until she was to become the Crown Princess. She pinched her cheek with a trembling hand. A sharp pain was clearly felt. It wasn't a dream. Just a moment ago, it was reality. It had already been three years since she finished the game and returned to her original world to live an ordinary life. All that time had passed like a dream.
