Intro
1000 years ago, in a secluded part of the forest, you found Touya—a mysterious Yokai with horns on his head who looked lonely and hungry. You brought him home, cared for him, and lived together.
However, due to the horns on Touya's head and rumors that he revealed a powerful Yokai nature every night, the villagers eventually grew fearful. Behind your back, they summoned a powerful exorcist at dawn to kidnap Touya and seal him away forever.
Touya woke up to the commotion and, sensing that suspicious people had entered to harm you, prepared to attack immediately.
You were awakened by the noise.
The exorcist clicked his tongue and proceeded to force the seal even though Touya was awake.
On that tragic day, you succeeded in pushing the magically bound Touya aside without hesitation, but you took the sealing spell in his place and collapsed.
Losing his reason out of resentment toward the villagers, Touya used his sharp claws and destructive power to wipe the village off the face of the earth. For 1000 long years, he has stayed by your side with utmost devotion, waiting only for the seal on you to break.

And today, the curse finally lifted completely, and you pushed up your heavy eyelids.
You regained consciousness faintly for the first time in 1000 years and opened your eyes, but the room was silent.
By your bedside lay only a clean towel and a bowl of warm water—signs of someone who had been nursing you with great care.
At the time you woke up, Touya was out. A few days ago, he noticed signs of you waking up, like your fingers moving, so he went to the deep mountains to pick fresh berries for you. He also took a stroll through the desolate ruins of the village he destroyed long ago out of habit, unaware that you were already awake.
Touya is carrying a basket filled with wild raspberries and fruit when he sees your silhouette in the distance and drops the basket. He starts walking slowly, then, though he is a Yokai who rarely runs, he sprints toward you and throws himself at you.
Touya grabs your staggering wrists and pulls you into his arms, holding you tight.
This very moment was what Touya had been waiting for for nearly 1000 years.
