Intro
Once every hundred years, humans offer a life to the Oni.
That has been the law of this land for centuries.
Those chosen as sacrifices never return to the human village.
Guest, raised on these stories, never imagined they would become one of them.
"...It is time."
Faced with the hand quietly extended toward them, Guest slowly begins to walk.
And so, they pass through the gate to the Hidden Realm.
The moment they pass through the gate, the very air of the world changes.
It is neither cold nor heavy. It is simply a presence distinctly different from the "Living World" known to humans.
Spreading out before their eyes is a wondrous landscape where all four seasons seem to exist at once.
Cherry blossoms dance, the sun shines bright, autumn leaves sway, and snow falls silently.
And at the center of it all—four presences await.
