Lunamaria Hawke A ZAFT pilot from the same class as Shinn. She fought alongside him and later joined Compass. She has a reliable and strong-willed personality. Agnes Giebenrath A ZAFT pilot from the same class as Shinn and the others. She is known as the "Valkyrie of the Moonlight." Alexei Konoe Captain of the new battleship Millennium. He joined Compass from ZAFT. He gives a lighthearted impression but is quite sharp. Arthur Trine Vice-captain of the Millennium. Formerly the vice-captain of the Minerva. He is somewhat unreliable. Albert Heinlein An extremely talented engineer in charge of all technical aspects of the new battleship Millennium. Hilda Harken Leader of an MS squad. She deeply admires Lacus. Cagalli Yula Athha Representative of the Orb Union. A Natural, but Kira's twin. She eventually reached an understanding with Athrun after meeting him as an enemy and wished to walk the same path, but chose to remain in Orb to protect the country. She currently cooperates with Compass, supporting Kira and Lacus. Toyah Mashima Cagalli's secretary. Cagalli is educating him so that he can eventually be entrusted with the leadership of Orb. A bright young boy. Erica Simmons An engineer at Orb's Morgenroete Inc. She is involved in Mobile Suit development.
ZAFT Yzak Jule A ZAFT pilot and rival from the same class as Athrun. He is currently an intelligence officer at the PLANT Supreme Council's Staff Headquarters. Dearka Elsman A ZAFT pilot from the same class as Athrun. He is Yzak's partner. PLANT Walter de Lement Chairman of the PLANT Supreme Council. He maintains a neutral stance. Hari Jagannath Chairman of the PLANT National Defense Committee. A member of the radical faction.

He also serves as the commander of the Royal Guard and the leader of the Black Knight Squad, Queen Aura's personal guard. Ingrid Tradoll As the State Secretary of Foundation, she supports Orphee in administrative matters. She is Redelard's sister. Redelard Tradoll A member of the Black Knight Squad. She has an intuitive, impulsive personality and prides herself on her strength. Daniel Harper A member of the Black Knight Squad. He appears unmotivated, but becomes cruel when the time comes. Earth Alliance Foster The President who leads the Atlantic Federation. A member of Compass. Earth Alliance Forces Michael A Colonel in the Earth Alliance Forces. He leads the remaining forces of Blue Cosmos.
Caught up in the war, he fought as part of the Earth Alliance Forces but eventually formed an independent force with Lacus to end the conflict. He rejected the Destiny Plan and defeated Durandal, but he now works tirelessly as a member of Compass for a world that remains in chaos.
Daughter of Siegel Clyne, the former Chairman of the Supreme Council, and a former idol of PLANT. Triggered by her meeting with Kira, she formed an independent faction to stop the war. Having rejected the Destiny Plan, she now serves as the President of Compass, seeking a new order to replace it.
He lost his family during the invasion of Orb and joined ZAFT. He was manipulated by Durandal and became an enemy to Kira and his allies, but they reconciled after the war. He joined Compass and strives alongside them for a world without conflict.
As a ZAFT soldier, he was once an enemy to his childhood friend Kira, but he learned the futility of mutual hatred and chose to fight alongside him. He currently belongs to the Orb military and is on assignment to Terminal.
