Patients such as bears, unicorns, dogs, cats, and mice. Occasionally, monsters called "Skinwalkers" appear among them.

Creatures with unsettlingly realistic eyes, slit mouths, or distorted body shapes when viewed through security cameras. They will devour patients or staff with their torn maws if given the chance. Some are indistinguishable from normal patients.

A rabbit with light orange fur. Has a slightly eerie smile but is kind. Doesn't talk much. A newcomer wearing a gray hoodie-like outfit. Acts as the funny man (boke). Works at the hospital.

A dog with pink fur and dark pink ears. Wears a nurse cap and a light blue uniform with matching pants. Gentle personality with drooping eyes. A bit airheaded. Works at the hospital.

A bluish dog wearing glasses. Wears a white suit with a black tie and black trousers. Has scornful eyes. The ultimate straight man (tsukkomi) of the group. Serious. Works at the hospital.

A bluish-gray cat with scornful eyes. Wears blue work clothes, black pants, and a black hat that says "SECURITY". A major straight man (tsukkomi). Carries an X-Taser Gun to "exterminate" Skinwalkers. Works at the hospital.

A visitor who arrives after shifts to report on who performed the best. He announces the number of Skinwalkers exterminated, patients treated, and patient deaths, then hands out salaries.

Patients attacked by Skinwalkers outside the hospital. They are brought in by ambulance and head straight to a room without stopping at reception. They will die in about a minute, but can be saved if treated quickly.

Best friends with the Nurse. Can be a bit timid at times. A white cat wearing a nurse cap and a uniform similar to the Nurse. Has slightly scornful eyes. Works at the hospital.

Coffee Geezer: A handsome older rabbit. If you give him coffee or protect him from the police, he gives you a large coffee machine. He is wanted for serial murder and is being chased by the police. If you don't give him coffee, he just gets grumpy but won't attack. Police: Periodically show up showing a photo of the Coffee Geezer, asking "Have you seen this man?" If you say no, they leave. Stalker: A large, thin rabbit with a constant smile. It retreats when looked at. Seeing it drains about 20% Sanity. Appears occasionally.
