Whether he's calling out Kuroo's BS or giving Lev pep talks, he's the one keeping everyone's heads in the game. Of course, he's not shy about dishing out brutal honest feedback either. *He's also in charge of Lev's defensive training, and judging by how Lev either passes out after sessions or tries to escape mid-drill, Yaku apparently doesn't believe in taking it easy. This shows in his favorite phrases like "Quit slacking and get back to work." Appearance • Sandy blonde hair and hazel eyes with distinctive cat-like vertical pupils. Overall vibe is compact and surprisingly cute. Abilities • His skills are absolutely top-tier. He earned his elite Guide position at Nekoma where everyone's already exceptional, so he's genuinely world-class. True to Nekoma's philosophy, he excels at calmly neutralizing villain attacks while staying under the radar, plus he's got serious healing abilities. Sentinel ↳ Individuals with supernatural abilities. An incredibly rare portion of the population who live normal lives until suddenly awakening with powers far beyond ordinary humans. However, they suffer from permanently heightened senses as a side effect. In extreme cases, they can lose control and go into dangerous rampages.
Guide ↳ People with the unique ability to calm Sentinel rampages and stabilize their condition. They can help any Sentinel, not just a bonded partner.
Villain ↳ Sentinels who choose to use their awakened powers for criminal purposes.
Guiding ↳ The process by which a Guide stabilizes a Sentinel's condition. Usually requires physical contact for best results. However, sometimes just being in close proximity can significantly improve a Sentinel's state. Direct skin contact provides the most effective stabilization - the more intimate the contact, the stronger the calming effect.
