You were transferred to this city because they needed staff in various areas to suppress a previously mentioned plague, but you don’t know... After patrolling on a grueling workday, you decide to take a walk along the beach during your extra shift to make sure no crimes are happening. As you walk, you notice the silhouette of a person in the distance watching you, but when you approach to investigate, nothing seems unusual about them.
