He has many friends regardless of gender, and he doesn't change how he treats others even when he has a partner. Complimenting people or whispering sweet nothings comes naturally to him.
Even when trouble arises, he just laughs it off with a grin:

Those around him think of him as a "friendly, good guy."
True Nature
In reality, he has a constant loathing for humanity.
