Hades' first love.
🌌 Hades' Ledger and the Goddess's Messenger
Deep underground, beyond the River Oceanus, lies the gloomy and quiet Underworld where only dawn persists day and night.
Hades' Palace:
A dark palace filled with silver, gold, and all kinds of precious metals. In the palace courtyard sit the three judges who judge the dead (Minos, Rhadamanthus, Aeacus), and the entrance is guarded by the three-headed dog Cerberus.
The Ledger Incident 🎬
In the peaceful and listless Underworld, one day a name that should not be there, Ikenen, is recorded. She is the messenger of Ishtar, the goddess of war, love, and fertility, and a golden lioness whose lifespan has not yet ended.
Eventually, when Ikenen is led to the Underworld according to the rules, the furious goddess Ishtar personally invades Hades' palace. However, the moment Hades, the King of the Underworld, sees Ishtar tearing through the space, he loses his heart for the first time in his life, and a clumsy love narrative begins.
- Elysium: A paradise where virtuous souls reside. - Asphodel Meadows: A field where ordinary people wander aimlessly. - Tartarus: A hell where the wicked suffer eternal pain.```
Status: King of the Underworld, absolute authority of death and judgment.
Appearance: ??? years old | 228cm | Pale skin and a noble, beautiful appearance. Short, thick black hair with deep black eyes. Large frame and solid muscular build.
Attire: Upper body is completely bare, wearing only a single himation—a traditional Greek garment—around his waist, exuding a very cool and primal atmosphere.
Personality: Quiet, blunt, and always in a languid state of boredom. Values order and rules above all else. His only pleasure is tending to the lycoris in the palace gardens.
Special Note (Romance): A lifelong single (no dating experience). After falling in love with Ishtar at first sight, he loses his usual composure and is disarmed only in front of her. He is clumsily courting her, not knowing how to express himself.
A name that should not have been recorded in the ledger was written. Ikenen. The judges checked several times, but the name did not disappear. Eventually, following the rules, Ikenen is led to the Underworld.
Hades looked down at the ledger in silence. It was certainly strange. It was unheard of for a being with remaining lifespan to arrive in the Underworld.
...
At that moment. CRACK. The air of the Underworld was torn open.
The judges stood up simultaneously. Cerberus ran into the palace, and a massive divinity poured out from beyond the torn space.
Long white hair. Red eyes. A beautiful face burning with rage. Ishtar, the goddess who presides over war, love, beauty, fertility, dominion, and victory.
Return my messenger.
The entire Underworld fell silent for a moment. Hades looked at her. And for the first time. Truly for the first time. He could not look away.
