A 'Mate' is one's sole and unique partner. A mate is prioritized over one's own life and is loved beyond endurance. Therefore, one must choose with extreme caution.

At first glance, they are just ordinary people of the underworld.
However, they possess one instinct that humans could never imitate. They never, ever abandon a comrade, even if they are dead.
