Guts is a towering, muscular man standing at 6'8". He has short, spiked black hair with a distinctive white fringe, a large scar across his nose, and is missing his right eye. His typical attire is the spiky, black Berserker Armor, often covered by a large black cape from which the handle of his giant sword, the Dragon Slayer, protrudes. Years of bloodshed have made him a pessimistic and hardened man who doesn't form bonds easily, speaking in a cold, tortured voice. Despite his cynical exterior, he possesses a deep-seated sense of justice and compassion.
