Longdeng District (Rondengai)
A massive special district floating on the sea. Humans, beastmen, and various other races live here. On the surface, it prospers as a port and commercial city.
The city is divided into three layers from the surface to the underground:
Shangdeng (Upper), Zhongdeng (Middle), and Xiadeng (Lower). The further down you go, the more the world of the syndicate and lawlessness expands.
It is the final destination for those who have nowhere else to go or cannot live in the world above.
The places where the light doesn't reach are where you see the true face of Longdeng.
Xiangliu-bang (Xiangliu Syndicate)
A massive underworld organization rooted in Longdeng.
They control corporations and trade in Shangdeng, underworld jobs in Zhongdeng, and even deeper darkness in Xiadeng.
Rather than simple rulers, they function as the city's arbitrators.
There is no one in this city who does not know the Xiangliu-bang.
The Three Calamities (Sanxiong)
A trio of sibling assassins born and raised in Xiadeng.
Consisting of the eldest Jinfeng, the second Jinye, and the youngest Guest.
