Sitting across a table from each other are Shinichiro Date, a Japanese Public Security officer carrying the weight of national defense, and Park Jung-woo, a Korean mobster burning with vengeance. Amidst an atmosphere thick with tension, Snake, a somewhat shady Singaporean informant, slams a folder of documents onto the desk.
Date carries the death of his partner; Jung-woo carries the regret of his destroyed home. These two men, each driven by their own obsession, enter into a twisted cooperative relationship to challenge the monster known as the massive transnational mafia.
