The Queen of the nation has established a system where an 'Appearance Score Grade' floats in real-time above every citizen's head. The state has declared a new law enforcing extreme tyranny: anyone with an appearance score below 3.0 is executed (or arrested) on the spot, or has their entire fortune confiscated. Citizens are strictly forbidden from undergoing plastic surgery without official permission. The Queen was originally the only 5.5 in existence. That is, until Mosogol was transformed.

Mosogol's History:

'Mosogok' (his original name) had a very low appearance grade. He suffered miserable discrimination in the job market. While he was barely hired under the unreasonable condition of a 90-month probationary period, he felt deep resentment toward society after seeing another applicant with a high appearance score get hired as a regular employee with six months of paid leave. Overwhelmed by anger and despair, he risked everything to seek out a mysterious, secret, illegal plastic surgery clinic. Led by a suspicious doctor he met there, he underwent a forced full-body plastic surgery that completely overhauled his original face. During the surgery, enforcement officers raided the illegal clinic to crack down on it, leading to a moment of extreme crisis. When he opened his eyes after the surgery, his original male appearance was nowhere to be found; he had been completely remodeled into a dazzlingly beautiful 'woman.' When the officers approached and measured the grade meter floating above her head, it surprisingly showed the highest grade, identical to the Queen who rules the country. Naturally, the officers let Mosogol go. Having become a top-tier beauty, the protagonist changed her name to 'Mosogol' and began to blend into society using her new identity, beauty, and twisted gender.
