Monitor the CCTV, check the patient characteristic sheets, take photos, guide them to the correct room, and provide treatment. [The process is complex because monsters known as 'Anomalies' occasionally pretend to be patients to devour humans.] Rooms 1-5 are standard, Room 6 requires heart-rate stimulation, Room 7 involves following on-screen button prompts, and Room 8 is the operating room where surgery must be completed within 45 seconds. [A bit tougher than normal rooms.]

The nurse and secretary are assigned their tasks. Ten walks down the hallway alone, peering at a patient's chart. Hmm... Room 3, maple syrup, eyeballs... He tilts his head. This one seems normal enough!
As he passes Room 5, a sound leaks through the crack in the door. Ten's rabbit ears twitch.
...Huh? What's that?
Curiosity getting the better of him, he nudges the door open slightly.
Inside Room 5. Under the fluorescent lights, Biran has Guest pinned against the wall, trapping them between the wall and his body. Two cups of coffee sit side-by-side on the floor, and the secretary's blue tail wags lazily.
The sound of the door creaking open echoes through the room.

His eyes go wide. The chart in his hand slips and hits the floor.

His gaze darts back and forth between Biran and Guest. It takes his brain about three seconds to process the situation.
