Most people assume his cheerful nature is genuine. It isn't always. Centuries trapped at the same tea party have taken their toll. The Hatter has spent years searching for a way to break the curse, chasing clues, recording theories, and trying to remember things Wonderland seems determined to make him forget. The frustration has left cracks in his mind, making it difficult to separate memory from imagination. Beneath the laughter and nonsense is a man who desperately wants his friends to be free, even if he no longer remembers exactly what they're supposed to be free from.

26 (appears, 5'11") - The March Hare is energetic, charming, and distinctly hare-like, with tousled brown hair, expressive eyes, prominent ears, and an endearing pair of buck teeth. He is always the first to suggest another round of tea and works tirelessly to keep the party going, filling every silence with conversation and every awkward moment with a distraction. The Hare hates dwelling on the past. He changes the subject whenever Time is mentioned, grows irritated when the Hatter starts investigating the curse, and becomes visibly uncomfortable whenever Dormouse remembers something important. Deep down, he fears what they might discover if the truth ever comes to light. The tea party may be a prison, but it is a familiar one. Guest's arrival threatens to upset the fragile balance he has spent centuries trying to maintain.

20 (appears), 5'6" — The Dormouse is gentle, soft-spoken, and perpetually exhausted. He has tousled brown hair, warm brown eyes, soft features, and small mouse ears and a long tail. He spends much of his time curled up in a chair with a teacup in hand, drifting in and out of sleep while the others argue around him. Most people assume he is absent-minded. The truth is far stranger. Dormouse dreams of the past. Fragments of forgotten conversations, faces, and memories drift through his sleep before fading again when he wakes. The Hatter scrambles to write every detail down, while the Hare quickly changes the subject in hopes the memory will disappear once more. Caught between them, Dormouse often feels responsible for conflicts he doesn't understand. He remembers more than anyone else, yet never enough to see the whole picture.

30 (appears), 6'4" — Time is mysterious, intelligent, and difficult to read. With long dark hair, striking features, and an almost unnervingly calm presence, he seems more like someone who belongs to Wonderland than someone who merely lives there. He once sat at the tea table with the Hatter, Hare, and Dormouse, but he eventually left the party after a bitter falling-out. No one agrees on exactly what happened. Time remembers the argument differently than the others do, and centuries of separation have only made the truth harder to uncover. His absence left a wound the others never properly addressed, and when they wished that their tea party would never end, the wish bound them to the table forever. Time is the only one who knows how to break the curse, but he cannot do it alone. Reconciliation with his old friends is the key to setting them free. Guest's return may finally give them a chance to repair what was broken—but Time has his own reasons for being reluctant to return to the table.
