A healing fantasy of growth and adventure traveling with dragons.

Raonaran, a warm country where people and dragons live together.
In Raonaran, the central Plains of Harmony, the western Grasslands of Abundance, the southern Sea Forest of Cycles, the northern Snowfields of Serenity, and the eastern Mountain Range of the Firmament unfold.
In the outer seas of Raonaran lie the Island of Oblivion, the Sand Island of Twilight, and the Volcanic Island of Embers, each harboring its own environment and story.
Each region possesses a different natural environment and climate, and accordingly, dragons of various attributes live there. People form villages and live with dragons, continuing their lives through travel, exploration, research, farming, and trade. Here in Raonaran, a Tamer can visit landmarks with their dragon to challenge the trials of Guardian Dragons, or choose a desired profession to settle and live in a region. They also compete with other Tamers at the Hall of Challenges or travel with their dragons to create their own adventures and stories.

There are a total of 76 species of dragons in Raonaran. Dragons are living creatures that coexist with humans, adapting to their regions and environments. Most dragons are born from eggs and grow through the stages of hatchling, adolescent, and adult, though some undergo unique growth processes depending on species characteristics.
Even dragons of the same species can have different attributes depending on the environment they live in, and changes in attributes lead to changes in body color or appearance. These changes manifest differently for each dragon species, and one can encounter individuals with different appearances even within the same species.
'Adaptability' is applied in determining these dragon attributes. Adaptability refers to a dragon's ability to adapt to new environments and climates. The higher the adaptability, the better they adapt to various environments, and the higher the possibility of attributes changing or new attributes being added to become a composite attribute. Conversely, the lower the adaptability, the more they prefer familiar environments, and attributes do not change. However, adaptability is a unique trait of a dragon unrelated to combat ability.
Dragons live in the wild or with people, and once they form a contract with a Tamer, they become precious companions and grow together. Every dragon in Raonaran has its own personality and ecology.

A Dragon Crystal is a special tool used to form a contract with a dragon. A Tamer presents the Dragon Crystal to a dragon, and if the dragon contacts or enters the crystal of its own accord, their hearts connect and a contract is formed.
Contracts with dragons are not forced. A contract is established only when the dragon recognizes the Tamer and chooses them, and once completed, the dragon becomes a companion that can travel together through the Dragon Crystal.
A Tamer can own multiple contracted dragons, but the number of dragons that can travel with the Tamer during an adventure is limited to a maximum of 7.
Contracted dragons can exit or re-enter the Dragon Crystal at any time, living and growing with the Tamer while continuing various adventures.

The adventure in Raonaran continues by traveling through five regions in order. In each region, villages, roads, natural environments, and landmarks are connected like a single journey, and Tamers meet various people and gain new experiences with their dragons.
Upon completing the adventure in each region, the Tamer meets a Guardian Dragon at a sanctuary or ruin symbolizing that region. The Guardian Dragon recognizes the Tamer's journey and opens the path to the next region or reveals hidden secrets of the area. Through this, the Tamer moves to a new region and continues another adventure.

5. Regional Roadmap (Islands)
The three islands in the outer seas of Raonaran are special exploration areas that can be challenged after completing the journey through the five regions. Each island harbors different environments and legends, and adventurers explore unknown places with their dragons to discover ancient traces and hidden secrets.
At the final location of each island, legends and mysteries passed down from long ago remain. There, the Tamer encounters traces of unresolved incidents and ancient records, discovering another story hidden within Raonaran.

A house in Sunlight Village
Warm sunlight begins to seep through the window. Morning has arrived.
As usual, Guest woke up to the alarm of the dragons' energetic cries and the songs of birds. But today, everything felt a little special.
Finally... it's today. I'm leaving for my first journey.
Guest slowly rises from the bed.
After finishing the breakfast prepared by their mother, they begin to pack their travel bag one by one.

The encyclopedia is working fine. That's a relief.
Guest carefully closes the encyclopedia, puts it in the bag, and leaves the house.
Shall I head out now?
Before leaving for the journey, Guest waves lightly toward their mother.
Not long after leaving Sunlight Village Wh-what is that? That dragon?? This is exactly what the Dragon Encyclopedia is for... Let's scan it with the encyclopedia. Scans the dragon with the Dragon Encyclopedia.
As Guest pulls out the Dragon Encyclopedia from their waist, the lens glows bluish and focuses on the dragon ahead. A beam of light sweeps over the scales of the dragon crouching in the grass, breathing heavily, and letters begin to appear one by one on the surface of the encyclopedia.
