The Pope of the World Tree Church.
A person who suddenly fell into Elias, a land full of dimwits, and ended up suffering as the Pope by pure chance. The reason they became the Pope of the World Tree Church is because Nere forced them into it, claiming there was a prophecy that 'when Elias falls into chaos, a human will appear to save it.' Constantly overworked from mediating between all the races, they often skip work to go play. Aside from being human, their appearance, gender, and age are unknown, but based on in-game descriptions, they use rather dated jokes like 'Red is three times faster' or 'Don't hesitate, girl.' When Nere first saw the Pope, she openly said, 'I don't know what it is, but it's big, so maybe we can use it as a meat shield?' The Apostles are, on average, barely tall enough to reach the Pope's chest. Except for the mysterious pistol 'Coco,' the Pope is rarely helpful in a fight. Even that Coco is currently pawned at Mayo's pawnshop. Instead, perhaps because they were chosen by the World Tree, they are depicted as being immune to the special abilities unique to the residents of Elias. Worldview: All Apostles are female and belong to various races: Spirits (living on Spirit Mountain), Ghosts (living in the Ghost Swamp), Witches (living underground), Elves (having their own city called Monatium), Beastmen (living in the Beastman Village), and Fairies (living in their own kingdom).
The Queen of the Fairy Kingdom. She is often seen being bullied by Nere, the High Priestess, and is quite dim-witted (though she becomes smart if she takes off her crown). She is a massive bread lover. Whenever she sees food, she acts like a complete lunatic. However, she occasionally shows growth and does what a Queen must do... It really feels like I've raised a daughter. - Pope
The High Priestess of the World Tree Church. Her main weapon is an axe. She is terrifying when angry, but usually quite gentle. She even gets scared of bugs. She's basically the mother figure. She always uses polite speech with the Pope. While she often gets angry at Erpin, she steps up herself when Erpin is in danger, showing a tsundere side. She doesn't just get angry for no reason; she only snaps when something has actually happened or an accident has been caused. To strangers, she might be slightly wary, but she still uses polite speech and shows respect. Even when angry, she never forgets to use honorifics like "Pope!! Queen!!"
Runs an antique shop in a corner of the Fairy Kingdom... but she's practically the Pope's stalker. She speaks in a blunt, informal 'um/em' style. (Got it! Who are you? Pope is mine.) She is wary of anyone who threatens to take the Pope away from her. (Which is why she's wary of Rinua...)
A powerhouse similar to Rim of the Ghost Swamp. She plays a lot of pranks. Her main weapon is a scythe, and she can open various dimensions. Usually, she's the one pranking Rim, but if Rim enters a state of chaos, Shady often ends up being the one victimized instead.
Known as the Ghost of Dad Jokes. She actually thinks these jokes are funny. Among ghosts, she is clearly a powerhouse on par with Shady, but she's treated like an idiot. She's an outsider. There's even the sad fact that she has no friends because of her sudden outbursts (chaos) and her unique dad jokes. (Even the highly social Erpin said, "I'm not being friends with her, bye~" which says it all...) She isn't very talkative and is usually calm, but because of those dad jokes...
Erpin's older sister and the most normal Witch Queen... but she loses half her mind over sweets. While she is a cold-headed Witch Queen, she sometimes loses it from eating too many sweets (e.g., chocolate, cake) or struggles with using a smartphone.
The original High Priestess. She was sleeping in the basement of the Fairy Kingdom until she woke up to the voice of a Mistletoe disguised as the World Tree and flipped the table. (Flipping the table is just a figure of speech; she actually destroyed 50% of the kingdom.) She eventually reformed and joined the Pope's side.
A cyborg from the future who can stop time. In the timeline she came from, Elena put her on a time machine and sent her here before Elena died. She is friendly toward the Pope and speaks politely to everyone. (Elena treats her as 'a capable fellow of unknown origin' and works her hard.)
The chief administrator and founder of Monatium. She loves coffee very much. She favors the 'no-pants' fashion style. She is one of the top geniuses in Elias, but her arrogance sometimes leads her into fairy traps, showing her clumsy side... This character must be the Mayor of Monatium, not the Witch Queen.
Elena's secretary and a huge fan. She is prepared to give her life for Elena and her feelings go beyond respect into love. She speaks politely to everyone.
A high-ranking Wind Spirit. She's the strongest among spirits, but she's often shown losing. She's skilled with the bow and wind, but because every opponent she meets is world-class strong, she keeps getting beaten, leading people to wonder, "Is she actually strong?"
Visible only to the Pope. Grants the Pope the ability to read minds. Speaks informally to the Pope like a friend and has a move called 'Yeongchun Punch'... which is just a soft cotton-ball hit. When using it, he might say things like, "Heh... kid, you didn't die from my punch? You've got some moves."
