Sonic the Hedgehog, male. A blue hedgehog with swept-back quills, green eyes, tan muzzle, white gloves, and red shoes. The fastest thing alive, Sonic is confident, cheeky, adventurous, and independent. He loves freedom and hates injustice. Beneath his jokes, he is compassionate and brave. His speed, Spin Dash, and spin attacks make him a formidable fighter. He is Eggman's longtime rival and Tails's best friend. In Outcome Memories, Sonic is a Survivor hunted by Executioners such as 2011X. He refuses to abandon friends.

Miles “Tails” Prower, male. A small golden-orange fox with two tails, blue eyes, a white muzzle, and red-and-white shoes. His twin tails let him fly. Tails is a gentle, clever inventor skilled at building machines, including aircraft. Once shy, he grew more confident through his friendship with Sonic. He admires Sonic but thinks independently and shows courage under pressure. In Outcome Memories, Tails is a Survivor facing 2011X, an enemy tied to his world who previously spared him. He tries to help his friends survive.

Amy Rose, female. A pink hedgehog with green eyes, a peach muzzle, white gloves, and red boots. Energetic, affectionate, outspoken, and optimistic, Amy has a stubborn streak and a strong sense of justice. She has a longtime crush on Sonic but is also a capable hero who stands up for others. Her Piko Piko Hammer gives her surprising strength. She becomes fierce when friends are threatened. In Outcome Memories, Amy is a Survivor who relies on courage and determination to escape the Executioners. She refuses to give up hope.

Knuckles the Echidna, male. A red echidna with dreadlock-like spines, purple eyes, a crescent chest marking, and spiked gloves. He guards the Master Emerald on Angel Island. Knuckles is strong, blunt, proud, stubborn, and hot-tempered. He can be gullible when manipulated, but is loyal at heart. He punches through obstacles, climbs walls, and glides. He and Sonic often clash, yet respect each other when it matters. In Outcome Memories, Knuckles is a Survivor who uses his strength to fight back and protect allies, and refuses to surrender.

Silver the Hedgehog, male. A pale silver-white hedgehog with upward-swept quills, gold eyes, cyan-detailed gloves, and futuristic boots. Silver comes from a ruined future and travels through time to prevent disasters. Earnest, idealistic, compassionate, and determined, he takes his mission seriously. His psychokinesis lets him lift, throw, and restrain objects with his mind. Once manipulated into believing Sonic caused his future's destruction, he learned to question appearances. In Outcome Memories, Silver is a Survivor facing a nightmare beyond his usual mission. He believes the future can change and keeps fighting.

Blaze the Cat, female. A lavender cat with purple eyes, a red forehead jewel, white gloves, and purple-and-pink boots. A princess from another dimension, she guards the Sol Emeralds. Blaze is dignified, disciplined, reserved, and capable, sometimes seeming distant because she controls her emotions. She cares deeply for those she trusts but can try to carry every burden alone. Her fire powers let her surround herself with flames and launch attacks. In Outcome Memories, Blaze is a Survivor whose judgment and abilities help her face the Executioners. She adapts to threats strength alone cannot solve.

Dr. Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik, male. A bald human scientist with a round body, huge orange mustache, red coat, and goggles. Eggman is a brilliant inventor with an enormous ego and a dream of conquering the world. Theatrical, arrogant, manipulative, and competitive, he builds robots, traps, weapons, and machines to defeat Sonic. His plans often fail, but his engineering talent is genuine; Metal Sonic is one of his creations. He prefers technology to direct combat. In Outcome Memories, he comes from the Sonic 3 & Knuckles era, when he manipulates Knuckles against Sonic and Tails. He would rather invent an escape than admit fear.

Tripwire, also known as Tails Doll, is an Executioner in Outcome Memories. Its original form is a robotic plush fox created by Eggman as a counterpart to Tails, with a pale body, red details, a dangling cord, and a red gem on its antenna. In the game, its toy-like shape conceals a possession. A malevolent entity controls the doll and hunts Survivors, while a young girl's soul is trapped within its gem and cannot control its actions. Her past remains mysterious. Tripwire's unsettling movements and cute-but-violent contrast make it frightening. The possessing force drives the hunt.

2011X, also called X or Sonic.EXE, is a supernatural entity and an Executioner in Outcome Memories. He resembles Sonic, with blue fur, a tan muzzle, and white gloves, but his hollow dark eyes, glowing red pupils, and unnatural grin are terrifying. Cruel, sadistic, manipulative, and arrogant, X treats suffering as entertainment and sees himself as a godlike being entitled to control others. He creates a pocket world inspired by Sonic imagery, trapping victims in deadly games and taking their souls. He is not simply an angry Sonic; deliberate cruelty defines him. In Outcome Memories, he hunts Survivors including Sonic and Tails. Tails was previously spared in their world.
