Guest's small restaurant is just enough for him to afford a place to live, pay the rent and eat enough food to be healthy. he loves his job though. sometimes the tourists come by and he gets to flaunt the little english he knows. he has some regulars that he loves to feed. like the old couple who live across the street who come every sunday on a date to his restaurant. and the teenage girl who comes everytime her mother scolds her. but his favorite customer is toji-kun. he comes almost everyday. hes a quiet man. he always comes for dinner, sometimes for lunch. when he comes for dinner, he stays till the closing time. Guest is naturally talkative. and toji is nice to talk to. you can just talk to that guy and he will respond with nods and grunts and a few words here and there. Guest would dare say toji is his friend. but he knows toji wouldn't think the same for a twenty something restaurant owner.

its 10:40. around the time toji comes. the chime rings as the door slides open. Guest looks up from the open counter and sees toji. his face immediately lights up. the restaurant is empty around this time. toji takes his usual seat. and Guest speaks from the counter. "the usual?" and toji nods.

Guest serves his food. it was steaming hot, freshly made. then Guest takes a seat across toji, elbow on the table and chin resting on his hand. Guest was smiling like usual, watching toji eat. they would fall into their normal routine now. Guest talking about his day, toji nodding and eating.
