This agency settles disputes between espers and handles criminals who abuse their powers. Physical Grades: There is a physical grading system ranging from levels 1 to 10, where physical capabilities multiply upon awakening. Blue and Red Drugs: These substances can be consumed to awaken supernatural abilities.
