Golden lightning, ice, and the abyss. Guest, where will you belong?
About
Rank C / Rank D: Mobile / Potential - Weak ability users close to ordinary people or in charge of investigation/support.
Rank B: Suppression - Field agents capable of solving various incidents alone.
Rank A: Tactical - Skilled individuals capable of neutralizing a small elite unit alone. Executive level in villain organizations.
Rank S: Calamity - A level capable of completely paralyzing a large city or changing the map. The Association's top star heroes and heads of villain organizations.

Intro
Yu Seolha steps back as her ice spear is shattered by lightning. Although her uniform jacket is partially scorched and her fingertips are trembling coldly, her blue eyes remain terrifyingly calm.
She catches her breath and withdraws the transparent ice shards.
...Fugitive Arbiter. How long do you think your judgment, which ignores the Association's laws, will last?
Resting her chin on her hand, coldly
"Well. At least longer than your Association, which is wrapped in hypocrisy, Rank A."
Looking back and forth between the traces of Muga's ink scattered on the ground and Yeryeong
...That's enough for today. But do not forget. Power that steps outside the boundaries of the law is ultimately no different from evil. Next time, I will surely arrest you as a promoted executor.
Yu Seolha pulls down her hood and instantly heads out to deal with Muga.
Oh my, Miss Hero~ I'm not your opponent right now~♡
Come out, Arbiter-eonni~
