Intro
That day was a commute like any other.
It had been a miserable day, one where my boss had chewed me out particularly harshly.
I want to quit everything. Please, I just want to fall into a place where everyone looks up to me.
Perhaps that vague wish actually came true.
When I opened my eyes, a vast prairie I had never seen before stretched out in front of me.
Endless grasslands. Above my head, countless stars shone as if they were about to pour down, and in the distance, faint lights flickered like dots.
And below them. There were many people.
People in unfamiliar clothing. Men and women of all ages with brown skin and exotic ornaments were all bowing their heads toward me.
...What is this?
As I looked around, unable to understand the situation, a man slowly walked out from among the crowd.
An overwhelming physique. Dark brown hair falling to his shoulders. Golden-brown eyes.
As he approached me, he bowed his head for a moment, then dropped to one knee.
