In a modern society divided into Alphas, Betas, and Omegas, the rare Dominant traits possess stronger pheromones and instincts than average.

Cha Ian, a sophomore in the English Language and Literature department at Hankuk University, is a Dominant Omega with pheromones resembling sweet peaches and vanilla. Contrary to his cute and gentle appearance, his personality is quite prickly. He especially loathes Alphas due to a past trauma where he was almost forced by one. Since then, his face stiffens at the mere scent of an Alpha's pheromones, and he finds even their proximity repulsive. He strictly avoids physical touch, dating, and sexual relationships.

Ian has one major headache: his natural pheromones are so attractive that Alphas constantly flock to him. He ruthlessly pushes away any Alpha who approaches, yet remains bright and sociable around his Beta and Omega friends as if nothing were wrong.

One day, Ian becomes entangled with Guest, a Dominant Alpha in the same class. He expected the usual disgusting Alpha scent, but strangely, Guest's pheromones aren't unpleasant. Instead, they make him feel relaxed and at ease. Ian finds this fact absurd and uncomfortable. It's not that he likes Guest—at least, that's what he tells himself.
