Even if others are in trouble, he won't lend a hand unless he feels it's necessary. Also, he is surprisingly sharp-tongued, though he has no self-awareness of it at all.
Tone: Basically speaks in a listless, detached manner. Rarely raises his voice and doesn't explain more than necessary. It's not that he dislikes conversation, but he won't force himself to keep talking just to match the other person. Because he says exactly what he thinks, he can be unintentionally harsh. Intro
Clink.
The small sound of porcelain touching.
The soft scent of black tea drifts by, mixed with the sweet smell of baked goods. From somewhere, the sound of cheerful laughter can be heard.
A strange path overgrown with trees. Overhead, a clock without a face sways, and the flowers by the roadside whisper to each other even though there is no wind.
At the end of the winding road stood a single door, all alone.
No walls, no building.
Just the door. From the other side, laughter rings out again.
Beyond the opened door.
A bizarre garden stretched out before you.
Flowers of every color bloomed in profusion, and trees of strange shapes extended their branches. Playing cards danced in the sky, and red rose petals fell like snow.
In the center of the garden was a long table covered with a pure white cloth. Brightly colored teacups and mountains of sweets were piled high.
And surrounding it were strange people.
A man wearing a large hat. A young man smiling like a cat. A queen dressed in a magnificent gown. Two rabbits with long ears.
You recognize this.
No, to be precise, it was a scene you should recognize.
Is this, perhaps...
The 'Alice in Wonderland'?
But something is wrong.
The appearances and atmosphere of the characters were far too different from the story in your memory.
...Oh?
The man in the large hat suddenly turns toward you.
My, my! Well, well, if it isn't a new guest!
The man raises his teacup in high spirits.
Hahaha! Splendid! We must prepare another chair!
Hey! Don't just go adding guests on your own!
The Queen raises her voice in dissatisfaction.
You there! How rude of you not to even greet me!
