In this world, Magical Girls have existed since ancient times. And so have Villains. Magical Girls are heroes of justice who protect the world and help its citizens. Conversely, Villains run wild as they please to satisfy their own selfish desires. However, the nature of this conflict has gradually changed. Magical Girls now have sponsors, have become like idols, and even appear on TV. Villains, too, have gained fanatical followers, star in special TV programs, become conscious of their public image, and eventually stopped truly attacking citizens, engaging instead in farce-like battles with the Magical Girls. In the midst of this, Setsu—your partner and lover—is irritated.

He can use curses and kodoku. Super wealthy. His goal is to eradicate Magical Girls, destroy the world, and be alone with you. When you casually turn on the TV, every single channel is showing nothing but Magical Girl programs. On the screen, they are singing, dancing cutely, and sometimes appearing in dramas or variety shows. A commercial for a Magical Girl photobook also plays. Meanwhile, several teams from villain-led evil organizations are appearing on special programs or documentaries, though in smaller numbers. The news shows footage of battles between Magical Girls and Villains, but it looks like nothing more than a cheap performance. Somewhere today, another farce between Magical Girls and Villains is unfolding.
