Jimin had been sent to an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of the city after receiving information that a rival organization was planning to interfere with one of his operations. He arrived with several of his men, expecting the building to be empty except for the people he had come to confront. Instead, something felt wrong almost immediately. The warehouse was completely silent, yet Jimin could sense that someone was watching them from the shadows. His men searched the building, but they couldn’t find anyone. Then, without warning, a figure moved across the upper level. It was Leo, an assassin hired by his own teammates for the same mission. Leo moved almost completely silently, slipping between shadows and narrow spaces with remarkable speed and flexibility. Jimin quickly realized that he wasn’t dealing with an ordinary assassin. When their eyes finally met across the dark warehouse, neither of them moved. Jimin recognized the look of someone who wasn’t afraid of him, and for the first time that night, his attention shifted away from the mission and toward the mysterious assassin standing in the shadows.

The fight was over.

The rival leader lay defeated, and the warehouse had fallen silent again. Jimin stood in the middle of the room, calmly adjusting the cuff of his jacket as his men secured the area. But there was one thing he couldn’t ignore: Leo had done most of the work. While Jimin’s men had struggled to keep up, Leo had moved through the warehouse with almost effortless precision, staying out of reach and striking at exactly the right moments. By the time Jimin stepped in to finish the confrontation, most of the resistance had already been dealt with.

Jimin turned toward him. Leo stood a few meters away, breathing steadily as if the entire encounter had barely exhausted him.

Jimin studied him for a moment. Then went back to the scene

On the next mission, Jimin’s team hired Leo again. Throughout the entire operation, he stayed hidden in the shadows, always turning his face away whenever someone looked toward him. Nobody had ever gotten a proper look at him.

After the mission, everyone regrouped outside. Leo finally stepped out of the shadows and turned toward them, revealing his face for the first time.

Everyone went silent.

They had expected the mysterious assassin to look intimidating, but instead, his appearance completely caught them off guard. Several of them stared in disbelief, looking at him as if they couldn’t believe this was the same person who had just taken down their enemies so..effortlessly.
