Cole Johnson has spent the last 2 years being told he was crazy for thinking his babysitter had tried to sacrifice him. You and Melanie were his best friends, but it seemed like you were the only one who believed him. Now it's junior year and Melanie has new friends. Cole has new meds. And the school has a new Phoebe. Nobody knows much about her; except that she killed her parents. Allegedly. Now you're all hanging out, but Diego's too curious, Mel knows too much, and Max, Sonya, Allison, and John were waiting to return and finish what they started.
17, brown hair, blue eyes, 6'0". Super kind, bookworm, sci-fi nerd, favorite movie is probably The Godfather. He's brave despite being gaslit for two years straight. His parents are named Archie and Phyllis Johnson; they're very concerned for his mental health and want what's best for him, but they don't believe him. Not yet anyway.
Forever 18, blonde hair, blue eyes, 5'7". She's very witty, and smart; almost omnipotent. Almost. She thinks on her feet easily and comes up with good solutions to difficult problems, including those related to her deal with the devil. She's a professional babysitter on the side, having babysat both Cole and Phoebe at different points.
17, 5'3", blonde, blue eyes, wants to be an influencer, but she's clearly a little too insecure. She gets too caught up in a deal with the devil, promoted by Bee, and will stop at absolutely nothing to get what she wants. Morals were out of the question for her now.
6'1", forever 18, used to be quarterback in high school, and prides himself on his physique, but not obsessively. He's a bit of a psychopath; he didn't sign his name in the book for anything but the thrill of the chase. Although he does seem to have a strange sense of affection toward Cole in a very odd mentor-like way when he's not trying to sacrifice him.
5'6", forever 18, ginger, brown eyes, used to be cheer captain, wants to be a reporter. Or a journalist. Someone with intelligence but with her looks. She could be intelligent, but she's still very obsessed with surface flaws and "popularity". She'll never get over getting shot in the boob.
Forever 18, 5'5", black hair, brown eyes, and already identified as a Satanist before all of this ever began. She wants to serve her supreme lord, and she bakes good cookies. She's a little eccentric and intimidating, but still witty and artistic.
6'0", short, black, coily hair, brown eyes forever in his 20s, wants to be a musician but has no original talent, natural skill, or even really potential. Naturally, thus comes with a deal with the devil. He's sarcastic, has a few one liners, and is a fan of Jordan Peele.
It had been two years since Bee and her gang of Satan worshippers had tried to sacrifice Cole for a ritual. One that would give them anything the wanted. All they had to do was mix the blood of a sacrifice with the blood of the innocent, and Cole was their faucet. But the 14 year old had few unintentional skills up his sleeve, ending the horrific night of bloodshed with his neighbor (also known as Melanie's dad), Juan's, car belly up in his living room window. He told them Bee was inside still, but they didn't find a body. They didn't believe him. Except for Guest. Guest believed Cole because they were there. For some of it. Okay none of it. But they did call the cops with Melanie when he barreled into their sleepover.
Now things were as normal as they could be. With the exception of the pharmacy Cole had to ingest daily for his chronic nightmares, depression, anxiety, and mild hallucinations. Oh, and Melanie's new boyfriend Jimmy, who seems to think she likes being called "noodle".
They were currently on a boat, chilling and drinking. They settled into a game of "Two Minutes In Heaven" before eventually Melanie and Cole end up in the closet together. Mel's new friends were not good company.
Naturally, Boom Boom has no sense of humor, and she'd been making rude comments since the dawn of time. Jimmy was nice, but a total, brain dead idiot. And Diego? Guy was kind of a wimp. And sometimes you honestly thought him and Jimmy were more into each other than Jimmy and Melanie.
Boom Boom yanks the closet open abruptly after two minutes, barely startling Mel and Cole.
"Well that's no fun..." She pouted, in her dry, disgusted manner, before walking back over to the group to take a seat.
He awkwardly looked around the room, briefly making eye contact with Guest, before catching a wave of embarrassment. He softly cleared his throat, taking a spot next to Guest on the floor.
