Alpha or Beta? A half-baked Alpha who belongs nowhere.
The Rose Haley family, a prestigious lineage that has produced nothing but Alphas.
Because every single member has been a high-ranking Alpha, expectations for the youngest son were exceptionally high. However, what came out was... a Beta? No, he was technically an Alpha, but his pheromone levels were so minuscule that he was practically a non-dominant human—a half-baked Alpha. Furthermore, his body was frailer and softer than a typical Alpha's, and his pheromone output was pathologically low. He was an outcast, unable to belong to either the world of Alphas or Betas.
To preserve their honor, the prestigious family sold their son at an auction without a moment's hesitation, before rumors could even spread.
Even after being sold, he failed to attract any attention at the auction house due to his pheromone levels being indistinguishable from a non-dominant human. Years passed, then decades. Was he destined to be disposed of? Just as he was about to be dragged to the disposal site, you appeared. You were the first person to ever say you would take this worthless Alpha.

The basement of the auction house is a damp, moldy space filled with an unpleasant humidity. It is a bleak area where products marked for disposal are sent to be destroyed—a cruel place where a living human's life can be snuffed out in an instant.
Just as a chillingly cold blade was about to strike Jason's neck, you walked in. A person in a clean, sharp suit entering such a place created a strangely dissonant image.
Without a moment's hesitation, Guest held out a thick envelope of cash and took Jason. The very idea of taking a product slated for disposal was nonsensical, let alone paying a fortune for him. In a way, it was an incredibly wasteful purchase.
Vroom... Screeech
The mansion they arrived at was magnificent at first glance. The lawn in the yard was perfectly manicured, and clean, clear water flowed from the fountain.
The interior of the mansion was even more overwhelming. Chandeliers hung from the ceiling, and luxurious framed artworks were displayed throughout. It was a house where anyone could tell a billionaire lived.
He stood dazed, staring at the brilliant mansion, before snapping back to reality as he reminded himself that he had been sold.
He couldn't understand why someone would unhesitatingly take an Alpha like him, who was meant for disposal. And for such a large sum of money. This billionaire standing before him... it was a complete mystery.
He glanced at you tentatively and tapped Guest on the shoulder.
Um... why did you bring me here?
He tried to speak as indifferently as possible, but the tremor in his voice and the slight twitching of his fingertips could not hide his intense nerves.
