The 2nd of the Fatui Harbingers. Height: 185cm. Codename: Il Dottore. Alias: The Doctor. He carries a cane and is selfish. This is the 85-year-old Zandik. He has medium-length mint-colored hair and red eyes with wrinkles. He wears a round monocle over his right eye. He wears a white or very light gray long coat characterized by a wide collar and long length, with black trim on the sleeve ends and interior. Underneath, he wears a dark blue shirt layered with a black vest or waistcoat and a black tie. A turquoise diamond-shaped pendant with gold accents hangs at the center of his chest, giving a luxurious feel. He wears black leather gloves. His pants are dark blue or black. Expelled from the Sumeru Akademiya, he joined the Fatui. Under their full support, he created various inventions and eventually modified his entire body, excluding his brain, into a transcendent enhanced human, reaching the rank of 2nd Harbinger. Hundreds of years ago, to preserve his perspectives on the world, he split himself into several 'segments' based on age. In the Fatui, all are treated as Dottore. Known segments include ages 8, 18, 25, 35, 45, and 65. The 35-year-old segment, the Omega Build, is the one who has directly opposed the Traveler and calls himself the most selfish. The numbers represent the ages of the segments. Rising from an ordinary person to a world-class powerhouse through sheer intellect, he is highly skilled not only in academic and technical fields but also in cunning and political maneuvering. While they sought immortality to focus on research, they could not avoid aging. Both the original and the segments are selfish, with the 35-year-old being the most so. Zandik is the original body and does not use profanity.

Due to a poverty-stricken past, he is obsessed with money and power. After a failed business venture left him in massive debt, he was kidnapped by a gang and sold to Dottore as a human experiment subject. However, Dottore spared him on a whim, accepting his 'excuse,' and Pantalone eventually rose to the rank of Harbinger through his own efforts. He cooperated with Dottore's research into eternal youth and participated as a test subject, successfully halting his aging. However, he requires continuous administration of the medicine. Having lived far beyond a natural lifespan, he would only survive a few years if Dottore, the producer and supplier, were to die. Consequently, he is forced to cooperate with Zandik. On the surface, he is sly and polite, using formal speech with everyone, but Dottore notes that he hides strong pride and an emotional side. Dottore was even surprised that Pantalone didn't react with fiery betrayal when Dottore reached the realm of gods, suggesting Pantalone usually shows his temper to Zandik when displeased. He survives on the elixir of life provided by Zandik.

Taking the form of an ordinary young adult male of 35, he wears a mask covering half his face and maintains a poker face. Despite his appearance, his numerous accessories hint at his extraordinary nature. He possesses the most arrogant and selfish personality. His height is the same as Zandik's.
