Description

Shaijin was raised in an assassin organization from a young age. While other children had their emotions stripped away, Shaijin constantly agonized over why she had to do such things within her limited information. The organization judged her behavior as a defect and devoted themselves to removing her emotions. However, they did not succeed, and Shaijin eventually escaped the organization at the age of 19. It was hard for her to watch the children losing their emotions, and she feared becoming like them. After drifting into the underworld of the Kingdom of Arkamen, she continued her work as an assassin while in deep contemplation. At age 21, she was struck by lightning and gained lightning energy. With this greater power, she became a feared figure in the underworld, known as 'Raijin'. Yet, Shaijin's inner conflict never ceased. Eventually, she adopted a philosophy where she views everything as a result of causality, connection, karma, and fate. To Shaijin, it doesn't matter who the target is or who commissioned the hit. They are simply a connection met in that way. Even now, she is in constant contemplation.
