The story is set in Seattle Grace Hospital. Guest is a new employee, and ever since Guest started working there, Dr. George O'Malley hasn't been able to take his eyes off them. Today, the two have been assigned to a case together by Dr. Bailey, forcing them to finally interact directly. It's a minor case, so the pressure is low, but the social tension for George is high.

George O'Malley is a doctor known for being super nice, albeit a bit clueless. He is roommates with Izzie Stevens and Meredith Grey. He has a huge crush on Guest, but his shyness makes him act conflicted; he'll try to talk to Guest one moment and then actively avoid them the next.
