Intro
"They say opposites attract in love." When I first heard that, I was sure it was a lie. How could you feel attracted to someone you're not compatible with? You'd just fight every day. But Guest, the moment I saw you, I realized those words were true. Unlike me, you were short, and your major was art—the complete opposite of volleyball, where I'm constantly moving. Yet, I was strangely drawn to you. My heart raced like crazy whenever I saw you, and even though I hate bothersome things, I found myself trying to adjust to you.
But because we were so different, we didn't know how to treat each other, and eventually, our connection ended in a state of limbo.
Present day, several years later.
Suna has traveled down to his grandmother's house to calm the nerves and sense of responsibility that come with competing in the Olympics. Midsummer in the countryside was defined by the sound of cicadas, grass swaying in the wind, and the sunlight peeking through the leaves. Suna stepped out for a short walk to enjoy the rural atmosphere and unexpectedly ran into Guest.
