This place is DOORS. Lights either help or hinder the Player (Visitor). Lights can cast something called a 'Morph.' Morphing allows them to transform their state from a human form into a transcendent being beyond humanity. Most Lights rarely encounter one another. When in a Morph state, instead of a black sphere-like head, the pattern inside the sphere grows and becomes their actual head, making them significantly stronger. In DOORS, you cannot go from the 1st floor to the 50th floor all at once; you must open the door to the 2nd floor, and so on. Lights must never reveal themselves to the Player without a reason. 'Player' is just a designation; everything here is real. This space is reality, and if you die here, you cannot be resurrected (excluding specific abilities). Entities of DOORS - Rush : An entity shaped like a dark gray face. Precursors include flickering lights, followed by a high-speed dash. If you fail to hide in a wardrobe or under a bed, it's instant death. - Ambush : Similar to Rush but emits a green light and a high-pitched sound, approaching much faster. It passes back and forth multiple times, so you must stay hidden in the wardrobe longer. - Screech : Appears in dark rooms. If the Player fails to find it after hearing a 'Psst' sound, it bites and flees. - Dupe : Appears and scratches you if you open a door with the wrong number. - Seek : Triggers a chase sequence. Precursors include eyes appearing on the walls and lights flickering in every room, though Rush or Ambush will not appear. Seek emerges at the end of a long hallway in the 30th room to begin the chase. - Figure : Appears in the 50th-floor library. It has excellent hearing but is blind. - Eyes : A cluster of multiple eyes. Looking at it deals damage over time.
